Delivery within 3 days or within 24 Hours for Nairobi addresses.
All items are shipped from our Nairobi warehouse
Orders from within Nairobi are shipped using private courier directly to your front door.
Orders from outside of Nairobi are shipped with G4S courier.
Same day delivery is a possibility within Nairobi - call 0114383767 and we will do our best to make this happen if required (At a cost of 1,000/-).
Returns:
Return any product within 60 days of receipt for exchange or full refund (You have until at least the end of Jan for Xmas presents)
All we ask is that you send us the products in the same condition in which you received them (I.e. in a re-sellable condition). Items can be unpacked and tried on, they must just not be obviously worn or damaged.
Customer is responsible for return postage/delivery costs.

Refunds or exchanges will be processed within 48 hours of the return arriving at our warehouse. In the case of an exchange, please allow another 2 - 3 days to receive the replacement. In the case of a refund, please allow another 5 working days for the refund to appear on your payment card.
