Refund policy

• Return any product within 60 days of receipt for exchange or full refund (You have until at least the end of Jan for Xmas presents) 
• All we ask is that you send us the products in the same condition in which you received them (I.e. in a re-sellable condition). Items can be unpacked and tried on, they must just not be obviously worn or damaged.
• Customer is responsible for return postage/delivery costs.
• Please contact alastair@koyclothing.com in order to return an item.
• Refunds or exchanges will be processed within 48 hours of the return arriving at our warehouse. In the case of an exchange, please allow another 2 - 3 days to receive the replacement. In the case of a refund, please allow another 5 working days for the refund to appear on your payment card.
